Our name

In White light all colours are combined. Interest and priorities are not necessarily incompatible; we prefer to allow them to flow together into a result that is advantageous for each and every party. White also expresses starting with a clean slate; an open-minded approach generates the best insights.

The Tree represents the vitality of a living system. All the components have a specific function, but together they constitute a fine-tuned network in which cooperation is the mainstay, an essential basis for survival and success. Helping teams to join forces in times of change is what we like to facilitate.

Food for Thought

The Fibonacci numbers are Nature's numbering system. They appear everywhere in Nature, from the leaf arrangement in plants, to the pattern of the florets of a flower, the bracts of a pinecone, or the scales of a pineapple.

Today Fibonacci numbers are used extensively in the study of mathematics, computer science and biology. The Golden Ratio shows up in music, art and architecture and is often used as a guide for creating visually pleasing proportions.
