Research on Heating Solutions

The research project is about heating solutions in the consumer market. Interviews have been conducted with installers and internal employees (sales, marketing, services). Through a process of paired comparison, the relevant decision making criteria have been uncovered. These criteria were then applied to the suppliers in this market.
  
Remarkable result: the yearly client satisfaction studies showed little difference between performances of the various suppliers. The nextexpertizer study results were much more explicit. They showed major differences on certain criteria and gave details on what exactly needed to be changed in order to obtain better a better position in the market.
