Industrial Dairy ProductsThe business unit Industry of FrieslandCampina-Professional delivers dairy products, such as cream, butter and fillings to industrial bakeries. The division now aims to collect ideas for improvement and renewal of its products and services in a systematical way. Focus is on dairy cream.
After a thorough preparation process, internal and external participants were brought together to brainstorm on more and better solutions for the production process and the end product. The external participants were invited for their fresh perspective. They were senior professionals, active in the food industry (suppliers, clients, consultants).
The method used was the SIT-brainstormmethodology. The process was supported by an efficient computer system and by an inspiring visualiser.
Currently, about 60 ideas are being analysed and evaluated.
