Alignment of the European team

AFB delivers flavour enhancers to manufacturers of animal food. The European branch of the organisation has its headquarters in the Netherlands, from where there is a lot of coordination with partners in Europe. The brief was to devise a marketing/innovation plan, considering the positioning of AFB, the innovations which would fit in that context and the future adaptations the company would need to undergo in order to become a better innovator. Based on the findings of an international questionnaire we organised a meeting in Germany. A series of coaching interviews followed in order to ensure the implementation of the agreed way forward.
 
Project leader’s feedback: You really helped us to organise our creativity. As a result AFB is now a better place to work. You taught us to look at things from another perspective. From there on we were able to work as a team in the translation towards concrete action plans and objectives.
